Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. At this time, orders from will only be fulfilled with addresses to the continental United States (48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia). We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may be offered with limited options. Please contact customer support at 855-462-5639 if you have any difficulties in placing your order.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays, the Company cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or timing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing your tracking number(s), once your order has been shipped. The Company reserves the right to allow additional time for shipments. If there will be a significant delay in shipments of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P. O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Customs, Duties and Taxes (Vet purchase only) is not liable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Reseller. If your product is damaged in shipping or does not meet expectations, you may be eligible for a replacement product. If product return is requested by the Company, please attempt to return product in original packaging and follow further instructions.
